Lacrosse Tech is pleased to announce the Fall 2010 program for boys. The fall program is geared towards instruction with opportunities to scrimmage during each session. Each session has a theme and each of those themes help develop the necessary skills that a player will need to be a successful lacrosse player.
Lacrosse Tech coaches are skilled and experienced coaches as well as players. Their love lacrosse is evident in their enthusiasm and instruction.
- Location: All sessions/programs are held at the RecZone, 912 Hodges St. Raleigh NC
- Programs: Lacrosse Tech offers three age groups for fall lacrosse.
- Little Stix: For ages 4, 5, and 6. This is an introduction to the game of lacrosse. Each session is 45 minutes long.
- Skill Level: for beginners
- Required Equipment: a lacrosse stick and mouth piece
- Time: 8:30am - 9:15am
- Dates: 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9

- Short Stix: For grades 1st - 5th. Each session is 1 hour long and is a combination of instruction and scrimmage.
- Skill Level: for beginner to intermediate
- Required Equipment: lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, and arm pads.
- Time: 9:30am - 10:30am
- Dates: 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23

- Big Stix: For grades 5th - 8th. Each session is 1 hour long and is a combination of instruction and scrimmage.
- Skill Level: for beginner to intermediate (experienced 5th graders are welcome, but 5th graders new to the game should start off in the Short Stix program)
